This 10,000 sq. ft. commercial facility was designed to accommodate a variety of business enterprises. Its versatile design allows the potential for numerous uses ranging from medical facilities and doctors offices to retail stores and restaurants. The building fronts on Highway 108 allowing all tenants with very high visibility from the main highway. This building received the New Building Award from the Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce.
